Carrie Urbanski, Healy Group’s Chief Operating Officer, oversees the company’s financial operations, budgets, technology, human resources, and other operational activities. Carrie received her M.B.A from R. H. Smith School of Business at University of Maryland and her B.S. from Loyola University in New Orleans. Prior to joining Healy Group in 2016, Carrie held positions as the financial director for Trinity School, as a nonprofit project administrator, and as a financial analyst for Lockheed Martin.
Carrie loves the sense of community in South Bend but misses the warmth of the South, where she was born and raised. She and her husband, Matt, a Healy Financial Advisor, have two beautiful daughters, Lauren and Elyse. In her leisure time, Carrie enjoys family time, travel, short jogs, long walks, and a good book. She is actively involved at St. Joseph Catholic Church, where she serves as the Chair of the Haiti Twinning Committee, and she also serves as a board member of Project Dignity, an organization that supports refugees and helps connect them in local community.
