Lujean Spencer oversees accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll, and she helps prepare the books for year-end taxes. Lu also directs the HR function, including open enrollment, new hire onboarding, performance management, and benefits coordination. She also manages the reception function, and supports the Chief Operating Officer.
She and her husband, John, have two daughters, Emily and Cassie and a grandson, C.J; a dog, Lucky and two kitties, Lizzie and Penny.
Lu loves the outdoors and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
